In the full app, any figure or diagram you make, on any tab, goes into one report with a click. Download it as a PDF or web page, with the connections and sources behind each diagram, and share it with your lab, a collaborator or a client.
In the full app, under every figure and diagram there is a button: + Add this figure to your report. Click it as you go, and Your report gathers each figure with its connections and sources. One click then builds the PDF or HTML file, ready to share with your lab, a collaborator or a client.

Not client work. Example report made by Anvesh from public data (PRIDE PXD030111, CC0; Chen et al. 2022, Metab Eng, PMID 35508267). Not client work. The analysis is Anvesh's own; the authors' findings are cited, not reproduced. The animation's figures use example values, not from any study.
In the full app, Your report can also be downloaded as a client view file. Your client opens it in any browser, with nothing to install, and sees your facility's name on it if you add one. They can zoom into each diagram and click an arrow to mark its connection, then open the paper it comes from. Anvesh keeps no copy of the file: it is made in your session and saved to your own computer.

Example facility and example values, not from any study. Press play inside the file is in development, and the details may change.
A cited cascade your client report can carry. It sits beside your own statistics, not in place of them.
You can paste your molecules into Anvesh yourself. If you'd like to see what its analysis looks like on your own work first, send us one published dataset, or its list of significant molecules, and we'll send back the cascade and its report.
Published or fully de-identified data only, never patient data. We use your data only to prepare your result, and delete our copies within 15 days of sending it. Your data is not added to the Ananta database or sent to any AI service.
A one-off run of one dataset, at no charge and with no obligation. It doesn't start a subscription or give you access to the app.
Email us your name, your facility and the published dataset (DOI, PubMed ID or repository accession), or its list of significant molecules. We run one dataset per facility.
